Our hamburger is great for making your own burgers, sloppy joes (maid rites), tacos, spaghetti, goulash, hamburger mixed with macaroni & cheese, or biscuits and gravy. Your options are endless. Also, checkout or recipes tab for some of our favorites.

Our hamburger is 100% ground beef. When you fry this you will notice the meat will not shrink or turn to excessive amounts of liquid fat. When we fry this at home we do not have to drain any liquid fat. We let simmer for just a little bit.

We do not add any fillers to our hamburger.
